Location with the views were stunning.
Parking was easy and included.
Bed was comfortable. Bathroom nice.
But it just didn’t offer the wow factor that it should have for the price.
The main issue was a worn and tired building.
Breakfast okay. Hard for vegetarian which I understand.
But staff was unwelcoming and rude. Especially the man at the breakfast area on Sunday 22 October. He acted like it was an inconvenience to him to make a latte. I was very surprised by the service and I’m not a ‘fussy’ guest!
Overall needs a good touch of TLC. A much nicer staff. Price is too high for what we received.

Beautiful hotel right on the water. We had a large room with a large terrace facing the water, where we could sit and watch the boats going in and out of the harbor. There was large swimming pool and most importantly, a bar and snacks, including one of the best gelatos ever.
O.k. Hotel itsself is really nice, rooms light and airy, very clean. Shower cubicle very small, for us normal height and weight wasn't too much of a problem but for someone bigger and taller they may have got in, but probably not …
Came across Villa Domizia from our cars satnav. The welcome was superb. Fantastic seaside location worth 6*. Throughout staff were great. Lots of extras. Good free parking. Not an international 5* hotel, thank goodness. Great value and a wonderful experience. We hope to return.
This hotel is very outdated, and is in desperate need of a renovation. The shower was clogged and leaked all over the bathroom floor. The mattress and linens were awful. You can also hear every noise and movement in the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.
While the location was excellent the overall stay was below average. We booked a standard room at roughly 300 per night. We were given a room in the basement, humid dark and very uncomfortable with the window looking at the parking lot. We asked for a room change that was denied because “we payed for a standard”. The reception was arguing over our complaints and was very patronizing and rude. Lunch was not good and highly priced so we chose local town restaurants for the rest of the stay. Many guests shared our concerns also. Please verify what room you are assigned to before you pay!
Amazing - this place should have 5 stars because simply everything is just incredible. We reserved this place somewhat last minute, and when we arrived not knowing what to expect we were welcomed in the front desk by Jessica - we knew this place cares a lot about their personnel. Her kindness and plenty of advice made our stay just perfect.
The hotel room is immaculately clean, the bedding extremely comfortable and the bathroom modern and spacious. The swimming pool and the terrace are just insanely beautiful, immersed perfectly in the breathtaking scenery that the hotel is situated in.
Another big plus is a very rich, complete, varied breakfast - even the most picky eaters will not be disappointed (fresh seasonal fruit like strawberries, fresh pancakes and waffles, homemade cheesecake and crostata and EXCELLENT coffee).
Once again, a wonderful hotel with amazing, attentive staff (Jessica and Alessia)!
Disappointing, we wanted to love it but between terrible restaurant food and service and noisy room it was hard. The afternoon sunset view and outdoor bar service spectacular and room nice. Sadly, we were in room 101 below the kitchen and next to door to pool and bar, so pretty much non-stop noise. We could have even accepted that for 1 night but after the bad restaurant experience, we decided not to extend our stay.
